Shipping Policy

1. Responsibility for fulfilment

Jhaazi operates as a marketplace and does not own, warehouse, or physically handle any products. All orders are fulfilled directly by the Vendor, who is solely responsible for safely packing the items and arranging transport to the Buyer.

2. Dispatch and delivery timelines

Order acknowledgement

Vendors are required to acknowledge confirmed bookings within the timeframe specified in their service level agreements.

Dispatch

items must be shipped within the time committed in the specific product listing (5–10 days on average).

Tracking

once an item is dispatched, the Vendor must provide tracking information to the Buyer through the Jhaazi platform within the designated timeframe.

3. Shipping costs and risk

Total price

the price displayed to the Buyer at checkout is all-inclusive of delivery charges.

Risk of loss

the risk of loss or damage to the product remains with the Vendor until it is successfully delivered to the Buyer.
